Electronic Advertising - Radio Show website
The Radio Show website is the number one source of information for Radio Show preparation. It is the ideal space to promote your booth location and highlight products and services in the months leading up to the event. Ads will run from the time they are received until at least three months following the event. Sizes are listed below and placements will vary.

Broadcast Emails – Set of three: $3,000
We will create and execute a series of Radio Show promotional emails sent out to more than 20,000 industry professionals in the months leading up to the event. This is your opportunity to provide a 160 x 600 tower ad and a 468 x 60 banner ad which will connect back to your website. These emails are sold in packages of three and space is extremely limited!
Live Remote Broadcasts
Attract top-level attention to your show by broadcasting live from the Radio Show. We provide the prime space and promotion; you provide the talent and show.

Hospitality Suites
An extremely limited number of suites with sleeping quarters and meeting rooms are available. The minimum investment level to qualify for a suite is $10,000 in Radio Show sponsorship. If you wish to reserve a Hospitality Suite to host an event and/or product or service demonstration, please complete the Suite Reservation Form and submit it for approval. NAB and RAB require a non-refundable $3,000 space fee. Daily hotel rates still apply and will be direct billed by the Grand Hyatt Washington.

The NAB Science and Technology department has developed a series of sessions for the Radio Show called Ask the Experts specifically for radio engineers and others interested in the future for radio broadcasting from a technology perspective.
Ask the Experts will bring high-level technical and product development teams from leading companies to the Radio Show. The sessions are designed to be interactive – won’t shy away from controversy – and will put you face-to-face with the leaders and innovators in the areas of technology most important to radio broadcasters. These sessions are designed for you because you need to know what advice to give, what investments to make, what technology developments will affect your future, and what your peers may be doing to insure their future. And don’t forget, new innovations often equate to new revenue opportunities.
Ask the Experts creates a perfect environment to interact with major broadcast suppliers. But there’s more. Ask the Experts will put you in front those who are changing the rules, crafting new ones and enforcing compliance. Whether you handle technical operations at a small station, are in charge of a station group, or a consultant in the radio industry, Ask the Experts will offer a unique opportunity to join your colleagues and peers grilling our speakers for accurate answers to your most pressing questions.

distribute lanyards on which only the sponsor’s logo/message and the conference logo will appear.
