Conference Registration Types

Conference registration includes access to all Radio Show sessions, events and activities except the NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner & Show or as otherwise noted.

NAB/RAB Member Rate
Pre Show (July 4 - September 13) $495

Must show a valid student ID to pick up badge onsite.
Cannot add a spouse.

Spouse Rate
Spouse must not be involved in the industry, and must be accompanied by registrant (primary registration types only - member/non member). Spouse registration includes the same benefits as the registrant. $100

Marconi Radio Awards, Dinner & Show Rate
Awards reception, dinner and show recognizing stations and individuals for their excellence and performance in radio. Tickets purchased separately, not included with conference or spouse registrations. $100
RAB's CDMC 2.0 Digital Sales Certificate Course Rate
Certification Course will run on Friday, September 16, from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. with a break so registrants can attend the Radio Luncheon (ticket included with course registration).

Hotel Information

The Hyatt Regency Chicago room block is now sold out; however there are limited club-level rooms and suites available. We have secured overflow rooms at the Hard Rock Hotel at a rate of $199 per night. Please note that you must be a registered Radio Show attendee to reserve a room in the block.

Onsite Registration

Onsite registration and badge pickup will be located in the Hyatt Regency Chicago in the Grand Ballroom registration area on the Gold Level.

Tuesday, September 13 3 - 6 p.m.
Wednesday, September 14 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Thursday, September 15 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday, September 16 7:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Policies and Procedures

Age Limits
You must be 16 years of age or older to register and attend this event.

Badges
All badges must be picked up onsite. Badges will not be mailed in advance. Each registered attendee must pick up his/her own badge. A valid photo ID will be required.

Data Collection
By registering for the Radio Show you consent to collection and storage of the data on the registration form in the United States.

Member Registration
Registering at the NAB or RAB member rate is subject to membership verification.

Photography Disclaimer
From time to time, NAB and RAB, or its contractors, record, photograph and/or stream the various aspects and activities of the Radio Show for both archival and promotional purposes. By attending the Radio Show, Attendee gives NAB and RAB and its contractors permission to use attendee's voice and image in any such archival or promotional recording, photograph or streaming activity.

Photography, Recording and Streaming
Photography and/or recording (including audio and video) during the Radio Show is allowed for personal and private use only, and such photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of NAB/RAB. In addition, any such photos and/or recordings of exhibits in the Marketplace may require the permission of the exhibitor. Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited or further distributed without NAB/RAB's prior written consent. NAB/RAB retains the right to revoke consent. No disruptions due to photography and/or recording shall be allowed and violators may lose attendance privileges.

Photography and/or recording is prohibited in Radio Show meeting rooms.

Streaming at the Radio Show is prohibited except for those under contract with NAB/RAB.

Promotional Offers
Promotional offers can only be used with new registrations and are not valid on existing registrations. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

Refunds/Cancellations
To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be made in writing and emailed to the Radio Show no later than August 19, 2011. The following administrative fees will apply: Conference: $100. Event tickets are non-refundable. No refunds will be given for cancellations requested – or new registrations made – after the August 19, 2011, deadline. Email requests to radioshow@xpressreg.net. NAB and RAB reserve the right to cancel any program and assume no responsibility for personal expenses.

Registration Verification/Changes:
Any changes to your registration can be made online at www.RadioShowWeb.com by selecting "Register Now" and logging in to your information. You may also call (866) 635-3583 (US only) or +1 (508) 743-8534, Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET. Please clearly state to the Customer Service representative that you are already registered.

Radio frequency identification (RFID):
Radio frequency identification (RFID) badge scanning technology will be utilized at the 2011 Radio Show throughout the Market Place. If you choose to not participate in this exciting new program, please let registration know that you would like to opt out of RFID when you pick up your badge onsite. Should you have any additional questions about RFID, please contact Lygase at 248-722-8071 or ask as us at registration.

Student Registrants
Student registrants will be required to show a valid form of Student Identification in order to pick up their credentials on site.

Substitutions/Replacements
There is a $25 fee for substitutions. There is a $50 fee for badge replacements.
