You may rent the attendee list through the registration company, Experient. Exhibitors may obtain complimentary lists of either the 2018 post-show (available now) or the 2019 pre-show (available in August).
Advance shipments can begin to arrive on August 26, 2019 and can arrive in advance until September 22, 2019. On September 23, 2019 shipments will be accepted at show site.

There are two Session Passes included with each company's booth space. Session Passes (Conference Session Access) allow the pass holder to attend individual Radio Show conference sessions. This does not include access to the Marconi Radio Awards, Dinner & Show, the Advertiser Luncheon, the Leadership Breakfast and/or the Radio Show Luncheon.
Session Passes (Conference Session Access):
Passes will be available for pickup onsite only at Exhibitor Registration and are distributed to one representative from your company.
If you wish to reserve a Hospitality Suite to host an event and/or product or service demonstration, please click here to download and complete the Suite Reservation Form and submit it for approval. NAB and RAB require a non-refundable $3,000 space fee for each suite.
Badges can be picked up onsite at exhibitor registration. No badges will be mailed in advance of the show.
Exhibitor badges must be worn during both move in and move out.

Yes, additional conference badges may be purchased for an additional cost. If you are interested in adding any additional items to a registration, please call (888) 740-4622 (U.S. only) or +1 (301) 682-7962, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET. Please clearly state to the Customer Service representative whether you are adding onto an existing registration or if you are registering an individual for the first time.
Yes, all exhibitors are assigned a Guest Pass Code, which attendees must use when they register to receive a complimentary exhibits-only registration ($150 value).
The Hilton Anatole Hotel parking rates are as follows (and are subject to change):
$27 + taxes and fees for Self Parking (note – only overnight guests have in-out privileges)
$35 + taxes and fees for Valet
